TAl's House

TAl's House, seamlessly nestled within a residential condominium in Brasília, stands as a testament to the seamless integration of form and function. This project ingeniously leveraged the sloping terrain, dividing the residence into three distinct levels. The lower floor houses the garage, providing practicality and accessibility. The intermediate level embraces the social area, meticulously integrated with the leisure zone and the pool, creating an enveloping and inviting space. The upper floor is reserved for the private quarters, capitalizing on the lush view of the surrounding nature. Designed for a young couple, the house's contemporary aesthetic is accentuated by the use of traditional materials, such as bricks on the facade. TAl's House epitomizes the symbiosis of modern sophistication and a timeless approach, culminating in a residence that not only accommodates, but also inspires.
