Introducing Rio Branco Residential, a visionary undertaking comprising 24 apartments across six storeys, each boasting a unique area of 49.80 square meters. This marks a milestone as my inaugural venture into multifamily residential design following graduation. An emphasis on the fundamental principle of natural ventilation graces every apartment, a deliberate approach considering the humid climate of the Serra Gaúcha. The distinctive feature of balconies with barbecue areas enhances the living experience, showcasing a thoughtful blend of modern living and environmental responsiveness within the framework of national social housing.
